STEP ONE

Start with a blank card. This may seem like an obvious first step, but it’s an important one! A blank canvas will give you plenty of room to get creative and make your card truly unique. Plus, it’ll be easier to find a card that fits your style if you start with a blank slate. Step Two

Once you’ve written out your message, take a step back and reread it aloud. Does it sound sincere? Is it too long or too short? Making sure your message is just right will go a long way in making sure the recipient knows how much their gesture meant to you. 

Step Three

Don’t forget to sign your name! This may seem like a small detail, but it’s actually quite important. Signing your name shows that this is a personal note from you and not just a generic thank-you card.
