Verde Taco Holder

A handbuilt taco holder — five arched slots in a row across a flat base, sized to hold five soft tacos, five slices of toast, or five pieces of warm flatbread without them collapsing into each other. The form is borrowed from the modern Mexican serving-tray tradition; the Mexican green glaze honors the source. Lynn pours the green across the exterior and lets the speckled clay read through at the foot and the inside arches.

The piece is dishwasher and oven safe — the oven detail matters here, because warming the tray with the tortillas in it is part of how the form is meant to work. 8 inches long, 5 wide, 2.5 tall. Handbuilt by Lynn.
